OOCERT has strict protocols in place to monitor and test olive oil authenticity from production until the olive oil is packaged for distribution.
Brands that are certified through Olive Oil Certifiers are following strict manufacturing and supply chain guidelines in order to earn the OOCERT Seal of Authenticity.
In order to maintain a trusting relationship with our community, we believe that being transparent and open with you is essential. Therefore, if you think that you have purchased a fraudulent or misrepresented olive oil produced by an OOCERT certified brand, we want to know about it so we can work with the brand and learn more about the incident to ensure corrective actions are immediately put into place if necessary.

If you have a complaint about a brand that is not certified through OOCERT, please report the complaint, as the information may be helpful when the brand in question attempts to obtain OOCERT certification in the future.
When you fill out the form, an OOCERT team member receives an email alert with the information you enter. After we receive your information, we may ask for additional details about your experience to ensure we are best addressing your concern.
